Object description

The production complex consists of three buildings.

The building №1 in terms of size 14.5×43.6 m and a height of 26 m to the bottom of the truss structures is designed single-span, single-storey and stand-alone. The framework of the building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete and metal structures. The building is equipped with two bridge cranes with a capacity of 20.5 tons.

Buildings № 2 and № 3 with overall sizes in terms of 43.6×107.8 m were projected as integrated buildings. The building № 2 is designed two-storey and two-span. The first floor of the building is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, the second – a frame of metal structures and slabs. The second span of the building is equipped with bridge cranes, lifting capacity of which is 50 t. Building № 3 is projected seven-span with the variable height. The first four spans are one-storey and 33 m high to the bottom of the truss structures. The 5th, 6th and 7th spans of the building are designed as two-storey with a height of the 1st floor of 5 m, and the height of the coating of the 2nd floor depending on the placement of technological equipment is located on the mark +9.000, +12.000 +36.000 m. The first floor of the 5th, 6th and 7th span of the building № 3 to the mark +5.000 m is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, and above - of metal structures. 

Description of work

The following works were performed in this project:

  • the constructive scheme of a complex of buildings is developed;
  • spatial calculation of the complex of buildings on the combined effect of vertical and horizontal loads.
